🚚 How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days all over Pakistan.

For custom orders, it may take a little extra time because each piece is specially made just for you!

💔 What if I receive something broken?

If you ever receive a broken item, don’t worry at all! Just message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, and we’ll replace it free of cost.

It’s always our responsibility to make sure your order reaches you safely.
🎨 How can I customize my order?

To customize your order, simply message us on WhatsApp or Instagram.

We’ll first create a draft design for you, and once you’re happy with it, we’ll proceed further.
🖼️ Is the frame covered with glass?

Yes. We use premium acrylic glass on the front of our frames. It is crystal clear, lightweight, and shatter-resistant, providing the look of glass with added durability and safety.
💳 Why is an advance payment required?

A small advance of 200/- PKR (or 25% for orders above PKR 7000/- PKR) is required to confirm your order and prevent fake bookings.

The remaining amount can be paid easily via Cash on Delivery (COD).
